Permanent Committee

The SAAEI Permanent Committee is the body responsible for ensuring the continuity and stability of the conference, proposing and selecting the venues for future editions.

It directs the overall strategy of the conference and establishes its medium- and long-term objectives, including the criteria for selecting the Scientific Committee for each edition. It also supervises the selection of reviewers and the review process of the papers submitted, ensuring the scientific and organizational quality of the conference across editions.

In addition, it monitors each edition, approving and directing its organization at the start and evaluating it at the end to improve future editions. It ensures a coordinated transition between outgoing and incoming organizations of two consecutive editions.
