All conference attendees of SAAEI’20 Conference must register online. At least one author of each accepted paper should appear on the list of registered participants at the Conference, although it is not necessary that the author who submits the paper is on the list. Each registered author may submit a maximum of two papers without additional charge. Students will have access to a reduced registration fee, which allows the submission of only one paper.

The registration period will be opened from 1 July to 17 July 2020 exclusively.

The registration fee includes the publication of the paper in the proceedings. Moreover, it provides access to all the paper published in the proceedings of the virtual edition and all the video presentations. The fee also provides access to the online sessions which will be held on September 2, 3 and 4, 2020.
